The Creative Business Summit is absolutely committed to access, diversity, and inclusion across every facet of our event. Everyone is welcome here—no matter their background, experience, gender identity, culture, or ability. What matters is creative spirit, connection, and community. This is a safe space, so we implement a strict zero-tolerance policy towards discrimination, harassment, and exclusion. If anyone feels unsafe, unheard, or unable to fully participate, those concerns are treated with urgency and respect.

We recognise that creative professionals and makers have a wide range of needs and preferences, and we want to ensure everyone can attend and engage fully. If attendance requires special assistance—from registered service animals, carers, support people, or custom seating—we warmly encourage early communication. Simply reach out via emma@thecreativebusinesshub.com, and we’ll do everything possible to meet your requirements.

In designing the 2026 event, we liaised directly with diversity, inclusion and accessibility professionals. The venue is wheelchair-friendly, featuring both ramps and a lift for ease of movement. Hearing Loop access supports attendees using hearing aids or cochlear implants, making all voices heard. Further venue details and access features can be found at www.thepavilionkiama.come.

The Creative Business Summit is for everyone—the more varied, the more vibrant. If there’s anything we can improve or arrange for you, just ask. Let’s make creativity accessible together.
