Terms and Conditions for The Creative Business Summit Attendees

1. Registration and Payment
   By registering for this conference, you agree to pay the full attendance fee. Tickets are non-refundable but may be transferred to another person.
2. Code of Conduct
   We expect all attendees to behave professionally and respectfully. Harassment, discrimination, or disruptive behavior will not be tolerated and may result in removal from the conference without refund.
3. Photography and Recording
   We may photograph or record parts of the conference for promotional purposes. By attending, you consent to appear in such materials. If you prefer not to be included, please notify our staff.
4. Schedule Changes
   While we strive to maintain the published schedule, we reserve the right to make changes if necessary. We'll do our best to inform you of any significant alterations.
5. Liability
   We're not responsible for any loss, injury, or damage to personal property during the conference. Please take care of yourself & your belongings.
6. Intellectual Property
   All conference content, including presentations and materials, is protected by copyright to the event & individual speakers. You may not record, reproduce, or distribute this content without permission. You may, however, take photos & short videos for personal social media purposes.
7. Data Privacy
   We'll handle your personal information in accordance with our privacy policy. We will not share your registration details with 3rd parties. We will use your registration details to send relevant event information. Your email will be added to The Creative Business Hub's general mailing list. You can unsubscribe at any time.
8. Health and Safety
   You agree to follow any health and safety guidelines we implement.
9. Cancellation
   In the unlikely event we need to cancel the conference and cannot offer a reasonable alternative date, we'll refund your ticket fee, but we're not liable for any other expenses you may have incurred.
10. Governing Law
    These terms are governed by New South Wales law.
